I demo'd this card at one of my recent workshops. The Friends 24-7 stamp set is another one of my favorites. It's so classic, and can be used for many occassions.
I also used one of my personal go to color combos for this card, Old Olive, Night of Navy, and Close to Cocoa. I made the frame for the bird using the Top Note die cut. I first cut a top note out of Whisper White Card stock and sponged it in Close to Cocoa. Then I cut the edge of the top note off, and layered it over, a top note cut out of Night of Navy. Then I stamped the bird and the scrolling using the rock and roll technique, then tied it with some Old Olive Satin Ribbon. Applied the other layers to the card front, and tada!
